Roast chicken, chicken chop, spaghetti, lasagna, mushroom soup, beef stew, lamb chop, grilled fish, gourmet pies....thinking of where to go having this hearty delicious meal? Jenny here have some recommendation , which is "Dave's Deli" located in One Utama's shopping central.

Marinated with secret recipe of 8 different herbs & spices for 24 hours then slow roasted to perfection. Served with mash, side salad, coleslaw & topped with our ‘magic’ gravy.

It's first time for me went here, I had ordered one of the signature ¼ roast chicken for lunch. The chicken was decent and extremely succulent and soft, as well as the coleslaw and mashed potato. Firstly, I'm fall in love with the taste of the mashed potato, definitely never better among the others I had tried before. Besides, the fleshy chicken paired so well with the skin seasoned by herbs and black pepper.

GUNUNG LEDANG RESORT, Tangkak@Johor

First post generated. My routine always eat, sleep and play in this summer semester year break. (Haha, I see many others nod their head and say me also the same.) Eventually , I had the chance to walk out from my home and heading to Gunung Ledang.

National Park Resort, Moutain Ophir and Puteri waterfall located in Gunung Ledang. All sorts of activites such as climbing moutain, picnic, swimming, visiting herbal park and etc can be held in Gunung Ledang. There are lonely mountain in Johor which favorite for the climbing lover. Before climb this montain, you need to ask the permission from the Park HQ
where you also can hire a guide (compulsory).

I went to halfway of the Puteri Waterfall with my beloved family. We take almost 10 minutes walked from the car park to the waterfall.

This is shallow pool and safe for the kids to play around. Nice for dipping. 

Many people picnic behind the pool it is suitable to spend family day here.

Our destination not yet arrived. We still need to walk further inside the park to reach the waterfall area. A lot of staircases need to climb along the way. It is uneasy to walk on the uneven road sometimes I felt unstable beneath my feet. Especially for who bring the kids there need to be more careful and do remember to take care their

safety all the time.

I am impatient to immerse into the water.

Finally,  we reached our destination where looks awesome and fantasty. We stopped our step on the small waterfall area and put our stuffs upside of the grass mat. One, Two, Three..we dipping in this area. The water extremely cold yet the clarity of the water made us can see the bottom directly. A huge number of fishes and tadpoles swim through us and we tried to catch it desperately. 

   Hard for me to capture the scene when my family play around the waterfall 

since there are covered by the green trees.

As a photograph lover, I love to take photo. Strongly recommend friends have same interest as visit here. I am sure you will like this place.

Before end my day, my uncle brought up an idea having lunch. So, we decided to visit the hawker centre in the Tangkak street.

First try卤肉面!! Handmade noodles is the speciality of this 卤肉面。I like the taste not too salty and the marinated meats smells nice and soft to bite when consumed in mouth. 

The egg is flavor of mine also.

As you come to Tangkak, do visit the Gunung Ledang. I'm sure you won't regret it.
